Park House is a quintessentially English, awardwinning, family-owned, small, luxury country house
hotel and spa set within ten glorious acres in the
downland village of Bepton, just a few miles from
the historic market town of Midhurst. With a warm
and welcoming ‘home-from-home’ environment it
provides the ultimate atmosphere and is still owned
and run by the O’Brien family. Now in its fourth
generation, it is over sixty years since its founders,
Ioné & Michael O’Brien, first opened their family
home as a hotel in the late 1940s.
The hotel has 21 luxury en-suite bedrooms and
all have been individually decorated to reflect an
English country home. Guests can enjoy a unique
range of English country house sports which
include two superbly presented traditional grass
tennis courts, a large croquet lawn, a bowls lawn,
a six-hole par-three golf course, a putting green, an
outdoor heated swimming pool and its PH O spa.
RESTAURANT
The hotel’s restaurant is open seven days a week
for lunch, dinner, afternoon tea and light snacks.
Fundamental to the dining experience at Park
House is that it must be ‘fresh, local and seasonal’.
Executive chef, Callum Keir, and his dedicated
team are passionately committed to working with

locally-based producers and those who value
the beautiful surrounding countryside and the
produce being locally grown and reared. This
ethos translates into a varied and exciting dining
experience offering tasty dishes that embrace the
family-run, luxury country house hotel idyll that Park
House is famed for.
LUXURY SPA
The hotel also has a luxurious spa called PH 0
and offers a selection of treatments, spa day
experiences and memberships. The therapists use
VOYA and Kertsin Florian products and treatments
and the facilities include a stunning 15-metre
indoor swimming pool with marble entry shower, a
Jacuzzi, saunas and steam rooms, a superb gym
and fitness facilities and four treatment rooms.
In the summer months, there is also an outdoor
heated swimming pool and sun terraces to enjoy.
