FOOD+DRINK The Salt Room Dining by the sea in Brighton BY SAMANTHA G If I had to sum up Brighton’s The Salt Room in just one word, it would be ‘Fresh’. That little word says so much about this latest offering from the team behind The Coal Shed, which opened its West Pier facing doors in February this year. Fresh air straight from the sea, fresh modern décor in a steam-lined urban dining room, a fresh and unfussy approach to great customer service and of course, fresh, sustainable, local produce showcased on a menu that aims to celebrate the fruits of the sea.
