SO THE DECORATIONS ARE PACKED AWAY ( OR AT LEAST SITTING IN A BOX UNDER THE LOFT HATCH ), ALL THE CHRISTMAS CAKE AND COLD TURKEY HAS GONE , AND LIFE IS FEELING PARTICULARLY ... JANUARY-ISH ?
Well thankfully the TechNinja has three inexpensive little ideas to kick start your 2017 and get you back out of the blues , and on your way to feeling better .
1 ) Get some rest !
Part of the reason for the post-Christmas downer is that we all party too hard , and sleep too little . The Irish have a saying : a good laugh and a long sleep are the best cure for everything .
