If you love curry and spice, join tutor Jo for a day of creative curry cooking.
Harvest organic vegetables from the gardens and combine with your own
garam masala spice mix to make a veal curry (using Bore Place veal). Create
delicious side dishes to accompany your curry – saag paneer (using paneer
made with Bore Place milk), chapatis, Pav baji (the most delicious thing
since buttery mashed potato) and everyday dal. Enjoy some of your creations
at lunchtime with fellow cooks. And don't forget to bring some containers
to take some home for friends and family!
