A Midsummer Night ’ s Dream // 8 July
“ Tis almost fairy time …” This fresh , young production of A Midsummer Night ’ s Dream begins firmly in a familiar , contemporary world but when the young lovers flee the rigid constraints of their parents , they are tumbled into a weird , wonderful , Woodstock of an Athenian forest . With rip-roaring live American folk music , this is a great night out for all the family .

Canterbury Cathedral Lodge invites you to join them at their summer party on Saturday 9th July and enjoy the spectacular backdrop of Canterbury Cathedral . On arrival guests will enjoy a glass of Pimm ’ s and canapés in the beautiful Campanile Garden , overlooking the Cathedral , while being entertained by solo singer , Sarah Banks . Guests will then make their way through to the Clagett Auditorium for a three-course sit down dinner with coffee and mints . Afterwards , seven-piece local function band , The Soul Monkeys , will entertain you throughout the evening . At 11pm there will be a disco until midnight .
