BOYS & MAUGHAN WIN SILVER IN NATIONAL CONVEYANCING AWARDS
Boys & Maughan’s Liz Dack, Richard Durrant and Liz Thomson
Thanet and Canterbury solicitors Boys & Maughan
were runners up in the award for the Best
Regional Conveyancers in the country at the
ESTAS in April.
Presented by Phil Spencer of Location, Location
fame at the Grosvenor Hotel in London, the
accolade is purely based on ratings provided by
the firm’s home buying and selling clients
Conveyancing partner Richard Durrant said: “We
are absolutely delighted to win silver in this public
vote. 97 per cent of respondents gave us top
marks and we were the only firm in the South
East to make it to the final. Clients consistently
tell us in our surveys that they are more than
happy to recommend us to friends and family
and use us again and it was great to see our
team’s skills being independently acknowledged
in this way.”
NEW HEIGHTS SET
FOR KENTISH PIP AS THEY
LAUNCH SKYLARK SPARKLING
APPLE CIDER
East Kent based company
Kentish Pip, who are behind
the county’s Best Cider
2016, take the next step
forward in the increasingly
exciting cider revolution in
South East England by
introducing Skylark, a new
sparkling apple cider
intended to lay down the
gauntlet to the mainstream
and the traditional.
Sam, director of Kentish Pip, says: “We’re a fruit farming family
obsessed with flavour and quality and we wanted to make
something truly exciting. Skylark is all about packing in loads of
bright, fresh apple flavour and aroma and then balancing it with
the depth and unique character of specific cider apple varieties.”
A revolution in cider has started in Kent in the last four years with
new ciders appearing all the time thanks to the county’s rich
history in apple growing. The use of the region’s culinary apples
gives the cider a distinct fresh apple flavour that has captured the
taste of a new breed of cider drinker and experts alike.
You can buy Skylark Sparkling Apple Cider from Thursday 26th
May at www.kentishpip.co.uk as well as from many pubs,
restaurants and off licenses across the county.
The ESTAs determine the best estate agents,
mortgage brokers and conveyancers in the UK
through research carried out amongst customers
who are asked a series of questions about the
service they have received. This year saw record
entries making the competition the toughest yet
and one of the biggest surveys in the UK property
industry with just over 30,000 people completing
one of the online questionnaires.
