Chilham Castle’s 400th Birthday Celebrations
// 20-22 May
For the first time ever, ITV’s
vintage Sunday evening police
drama Heartbeat comes to the
stage, starring members of the
original TV cast. Heartbeat ran
for eighteen years and was
constantly in the top five TV
programmes across all channels.
With video footage and the evocative music which characterises the
TV series, this new stage play nostalgically recreates the atmosphere of the
fondly remembered 1960’s rural Yorkshire setting. See David Stockwell,
Gina Ward, PC Geoff Younger and other popular characters as you remember
them live on stage in a touching and entertaining new play.
7.30pm (Thursday and Saturday matinee 2.30pm). Price: £15-£28
