Whether you’re yearning for festive sparkle or want to jump
out of your skin, Hever Castle will take care of all of your
seasonal whims this winter.
This month you can treat the
children to a spine-tingling week of
ghostly goings-on, with the castle’s
Haunted Half Term Halloween Fun.
From 24th October to 1st
November, there will be Halloweenthemed craft workshops, spooky
tales in the haunted house, a spooky
trail through the gardens, a castle
quiz on ghosts and ghouls, and
prizes for the best Halloween
costume each day.
For grown-ups – with nerves of steel
– a special Halloween dine and stay
event at the castle’s luxury bed and
breakfast is in store on Saturday
31st October.
Guests will enjoy a drinks reception,
a sumptuous meal and can
participate in paranormal
investigations and vigils within the
famously haunted castle. Breakfast
and complimentary access to the
castle and grounds the following
day is included in the package.
As Christmas creeps closer, be sure
to book your entry to Hever Castle’s
stunning festive celebrations. This
year the castle will explore Christmas
Around the World, and visitors can
walk through rooms adorned with
beautiful decorations and be
warmed by welcoming log fires, and
discover how people in various
countries decorate their homes,
what they eat and how and when
they celebrate over the Christmas
period.
