After having successfully opened the Oyster Pearl restaurant in
Seasalter, Susan Lovet t has now bravely taken over the Hare &
Hounds pub in Blean. She has lovingly refurbished the premises and
is now re-launching THE PUB under the new name, Blean Tavern.
The restaurant is serving authentic Pan Asian food, and the
inspiring menu includes dishes such as Chicken Yakitori (Japanese),
Beef Bulgogi (Korean) SLOW COOKED PORK BELLY WITH ADOBO
STYLE SAUCE (Philippines) and Chicken Katsu curry. There is
a lunch menu, Sunday set menu and tempting evening
& dessert menu, including plat ters for sharing.
Blean Tavern will be having their official opening next Saturday
8th August, 12 noon til late, where you can meet the team and
enjoy the classic car show and barbeque. There will also be live
music with Roy Golding and Happy Daze. Enjoy!
