The Big O Vintage Festival // 4 Jul
Kent County Show // 10-12 Jul
The Kent County Show is the region's showcase event for farming,
countryside and rural life. The three-day show brings together the very best
of Kent with animals, food, fun and excitement giving a true feel of what
the Garden of England has to offer. Experience the flower show, food tent,
canine area, show jumping, vintage vehicles and hundreds of cattle, sheep
and goats. Meet Titan the Robot, watch the Metropolitan Police Horses,
listen to live music, watch the UK Pole Climbing Championships and see
the Kent Spitfire flying overhead. For one year only, the RAF Red Arrows
display team will be performing on Friday 10th July 2015 too!

Talking Box is delighted to
announce The Big O Vintage
Festival, a wonderful retrothemed festival of culture.
Celebrating the heritage and
talent of the town's people,
it will be offering a show
packed full of arts, fashion,
music and history from the
1950s, '60s '70s and '80s.
There will also be a
community zone where local
groups and charities will be
taking part in the celebrations.
Attractions on the day
include vintage stalls, famous
TV and film props such as the Knight Rider car, and the much-loved VW
Herbie, plus classic cars and bikes with a vintage scooter display. A popin retro beauty parlour will be on hand to give festivalgoers the look and
feel of the eras in hand. With great live bands and djs playing styles from
the '50s to the '80s, plus craft beers and exotic foods, there really is
something for everyone and it's free entry! The festival is sponsored by
Orpington 1st (BID) in association with Big Motoring World, Nugent Shopping
Park, LEA Printers, and Affinity Sutton
