Red House Red House – Red House, a National Trust property in Bexleyheath, was the home of the famous writer and artist, William Morris. Morris founded the Arts and Crafts movement, and this house pays homage to his style and creativity. The building was designed by Philip Webb and completed in 1860, and although Morris only lived there for five years, he was incredibly happy there, and left his mark on the beautiful interior. Interesting features include stained glass windows, paintings, and of course the iconic Morris repeating pattern. Danson House Danson House – This Georgian villa has been completely restored and is now open to the public. It is light and airy, full of splendour, and it tells the story of how this house was once used almost purely for the wealthy to entertain themselves.
