Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy is a branch of healthcare that deals
with disease and disability through physical
means; it could be muscle manipulation,
exercises, or special techniques that allow those
in need to increase their mobility and reduce the
pain that they are feeling. Specially trained
physiotherapists can move and influence the
body in order to help it recover from injury,
stiffness, and movement issues, and to control
it in order to eliminate (as far as possible) tightness

Physiotherapists have many years of training,
and they use their skills and knowledge of the
human body to assess their patient’s condition,
offer a diagnosis, and work to reduce or eradicate
