RECRUITING AND EXPANDING
IN KENT FOR 2015
The Shore Group – who fought against recession to build up a £65
million business – is recruiting and expanding into new offices in
Lordswood, Kent. Last year they placed more than 15,000 temporary
vacancies in the UK with 5,000 of those placed in Kent.

“Having been faced with no work, a lawsuit from an
old employer, and a pregnant wife, it was probably the
scariest moment I ever faced; but, myself, Lewis York
Johnson and James Hobden decided to divide and
conquer!
“Lewis and I went to London on foot every day, walking
miles and miles, blister after blister visiting every building
site, handing our business cards and begging for any
opportunity to supply contractors with temporary site
labour. Three months later, we got our first major break
supplying one of London’s largest contractors with
