Artisan Coffee

Coffee was once the darling of the hot beverage world, but it fell out of favour at the
beginning of the 20th century, and became just that hot beverage people drank to wake
themselves up. At that point it was fairly dull, fairly pleasant, fairly average.
That was until the coffee industry began to grow (and grow, and grow!), and hot new
artisan coffee producers appeared on the scene. Now coffee comes in a huge range
of guises, and there are coffee fanatics and experts who can tell exactly what combination
of beans were used to make a particular blend at five paces.
