The Kent Breakfast accreditation started a few years after a conversation about
the best way to promote the great produce we have in Kent that we all enjoy for breakfast.
Using the Visit England eggcup logo as an idea, and after researching what other
counties around England were doing, Produced in Kent joined forces with Visit Kent
to create this free accreditation. It is now an established and recognisable logo that
many businesses serving breakfast – not just B&Bs – are using countywide.

The Kent Breakfast is accredited to those businesses who commit to
sourcing at least 60% of their produce from within Kent. Known as the
Garden of England, Kent is a natural larder for juicy fresh fruit and delicious
homemade produce. With so much on our doorstep, Kent can provide you
with the best local ingredients available, serving up a scrumptious breakfast
of food and drink, high on quality but with a low carbon footprint.

So what better way to start your day than with a delicious Kent Breakfast,
available from these who all commit to sourcing at least 60% of their produce
