When it comes to dining out in Kings Hill, you
are spoiled for choice; the town boasts many
restaurants that offer cuisine from all the corners
of the world.
Gufaa Raja – Gufaa Raja in Liberty Square
specialises in the unique and the delicious.
Focusing on South Asian cuisine, this comfortable,
cosy, yet large (big enough to seat 150 people)
restaurant prides itself on fresh ingredients and
big flavours. With items such as reshmi kebab
(minced spiced chicken with egg), aamchoori
jheenga (prawns in mango powder and yoghurt),
and hass vindaloo (duck in a very hot, very thick
sauce) this is something a little different. As a
bonus, the Gufaa Raja has recently opened up
a VIP lounge for those extra special evenings, as
well as offering a Sunday buffet which is a great
alternative to the traditional roast.
Sino – Sino is a wonderfully authentic Chinese
restaurant located in Liberty Square, Kings Hill.
With two floors allocated for seating, and the top
floor with the added benefit of karaoke and its
own bar (which can be hired for private functions),
this is a special night out at excellent prices. The
staff here are friendly and knowledgeable, and
the food is fresh and fragrant. Why not try the
soft shell crab in peppercorn sauce, the roasted
duck in sweet plum sauce, or the fierce chilli king
prawns? Enjoy for lunch or dinner, and the food
here can even be ordered as a takeaway.
