Historic Howfield Manor, just
outside Canterbury, is the
setting for the first of several
one-day Wine & Cheese Fairs
to be organised this year by
Judith Burns and Trevor Long,
primarily known as importers
of Croatian wines into the UK
through their company Pacta Connect. Giving visitors a whirlwind tour of
the world's lesser-known wine regions, as well the more familiar, the fair
will host approximately 20 stalls, bringing together local artisan cheese
producers and high-end quality wine specialists from around the world. It
