Demelza is delighted to announce
that Strictly judge Len Goodman and
singer Cheryl Baker have become
vice presidents of the Kent-based
charity.
Singer and presenter Cheryl
Baker has supported Demelza for
more than 15 years, officially opening
the first charity shop in Sittingbourne
in November 1998. Last year she
not only ran the London Marathon
for Demelza in April, but she
performed at Music on the Hill in July

“I’m honoured to be asked to
be a vice president of Demelza. It’s
a charity close to my heart and one
which I’ve supported since my family
moved to Kent in 1996. The care
they provide for families in need is
phenomenal and I’m privileged to be
able to do my bit by helping to raise
awareness of this vital local cause,”
said Cheryl.

The brainchild of Daryl Summers and David Cowan, Kent-based business
Summers Property Inventories is a new, innovative company that has
developed its own unique web-based property inventory system that
produces inventory, check-in and check-out reports instantly.
o
Having seen first-hand just how the lack of a decent pr perty inventory
has impacted on people's lives, this entrepreneurial duo saw a gap in the
market for a well-constructed, but easy to use web-based property inventory
business.
And this is by no means your conventional app-based system that
other inventory providers use to create their reports; Summers Property
Inventories has worked tirelessly to produce a compelling, bespoke webbased system that gives full control when it comes to producing reports
quickly, efficiently and effectively.
So how does it make them different? Composed in real-time using
any tablet device, inventories are completed before the company's consultants
have even left a property. What's more, they’re published online instantly
and a unique passcode is issued for each digital report, which means clients
from all parties can login to the website and view their reports in their own
time.
Every report produced for their clients can be accessed in their own
personal client area, whereby clients can manage their properties, fasttrack appointments and store all of their reports in one central location.
However, the business also recognises that some like to have a printed
report in addition to digital options, so provide a free of charge, complimentary
printed and presented report for every inventory produced. Clients can even
print it online and download any high-resolution photos taken at each
property.
Challenging the status quo, Summers Property Inventories has pushed
the industry boundaries and created a pioneering tool that will protect both
the assets of the landlords and the deposits of the tenants who chose to
occupy these homes.
The company's overall aim is to revolutionise the inventory world by
making it more reliable, acc
