Hadlow Tower
Hadlow Tower has been recently
completely restored to its former
glory. The Tower will be open to the
public on Thursdays between 24th
April and 11th September 2014.

The tour includes visiting the holiday
accommodation run by The Vivat
Trust and a climb up the new spiral
staircase to the base of the lantern
to see the beautiful views.

Hadlow Tower recently won the
English Heritage Angel Award and
was featured on the BBC’s
Restoration programme in
December 2013.

There is also an exhibition area on
the ground floor with panels detailing
history, restoration, etc; and a video
display, tablets, model and a small
shop area with souvenirs to buy.
A volunteer steward team runs and
escorts the public on open days.
The Save Hadlow Tower Action
Group and all residents of Hadlow
village who were determined to see
the Tower brought back to its
original beauty, helped the
restoration of this amazing building
and they campaigned for 12 years
to this end.
