If you are looking for a spot of fine dining, Michelin-starred eateries Quatre Mains, Lieven and Le Mystique are destination restaurants, or if you fancy classic Belgian cuisine, head for Park Restaurant, Pro Deo or the quirky Pomperlut. Of course, with Bruges comes fantastic cafés, waffle and beer houses, most of which stock at least 20 beer varieties. With that in mind, seek out Craenenburg, ‘t Brugs Beertje and Poatersgat—a characterful list of popular venues that are well worth dropping into.
