TOP SPOTS AT BLUEWATER
Tapas Revolution
Located in the Upper Plaza of
Bluewater, Tapas Revolution
brings all the authenticity of a
traditional Madrid-style tapas bar
to Kent. Owned by talented
Spanish chef Omar Allibhoy,
Tapas Revolution invites guests to dine in true Spanish style, with dishes
such as, chorizo al horno (oven-roasted spiced Spanish sausage), calamares
fritos (deep-fried baby squid), patatas bravas (roasted potatoes with spicy
tomato sauce and alioli), croquetas de jamon (deep-fried Iberico ham
croquettes) and churros con chocolate (Spanish doughnuts tossed in
cinnamon sugar and served with a hot dipping chocolate), washed down
with a refreshing glass of Sangria, Mahou (a favourite Madrid beer) or
Limonada (homemade lemonade with a touch of saffron).
With an open kitchen, Tapas Revolution is the perfect place to take
a break from shopping and experience delicious Spanish food. All of their
ingredients are sourced from small farms around Spain and made fresh in
their on-site kitchen.
"Everything at Tapas Revolution is as authentic as if you were back
home in Spain,” says Omar. “My Tapas Revolution bars are fun and very
Spanish – only without the siestas. In Spain, food is a way of life – both of
which are best shared with other people."

Gourmet Burger
Kitchen
Back in 2001, three kiwi
guys set up the first
Gourmet Burger Kitchen
in Battersea, South
London. Their
philosophy was simple:
to create a fresh, quality
burger reminiscent of the
gourmet burgers they
were used to back in
New Zealand. Working
with chef Peter Gordon,
they were the first to
introduce gourmet
burgers to the London market, creating a menu that combined 100% beef
with the freshest ingredients and sauces.
These days, GBK serves up gourmet burgers from London to Cardiff,
Edinburgh to Brighton. You’ll find them in Bluewater and even on the
Queen’s doorstep. We still pride ourselves on serving up the freshest
burgers; combining 100% beef sourced from West Country farms with
the freshest ingredients and sauces made from scratch every day in each
GBK kitchen.

savoury answer to a ‘pick n
mix’. Available in a range of
flavours, including chicken &
mushroom; steak & Guinness;

Square Pie’s Founder, Martin Dewey, comments: “We are already
seeing an amazing response to our Canapies™ in Bluewater. They are
perfect if you are looking for a snack, lighter lunch option, or keen to sample
a few different flavours.”
As highlighted by its name, Square Pie doesn’t cut corners and uses
only prime ingredients, British when seasonally available.
