Your path stays close to the river as it appr
oaches
Canterbury. Leaving the open fields behind, views
of the historic cathedral rise ahead. You’ll also
catch sight of Whitehall Meadows Nature Reserve
and Bingley’s Island, an area which dates back
to the Domesday period.
Canterbury is bursting with heritage and your
