TOP TEN New Year's Resolutions For as long as I can remember New Year's Eve has been a time to look back to the past, and more importantly, forward to the coming year. It is also a time at which we reflect on the changes we want (or need) to make, usually culminating in an annual ode known as a 'New Year's resolution'. Whether it’s giving up chocolate or regaining control of your spending, 2014 is a fresh start and I'm feeling positive. I mean there are only nine of my previous years' on this top ten list.
