CHERYL BAKER AND NEIL KEFFORD
CELEBRATED CHRISTMAS WITH
DEMELZA AT CANTERBURY CATHEDRAL
Singer and presenter Cheryl Baker and Heart radio DJ Neil Kefford were
among those reading at Demelza Hospice Care for Children’s annual carol
concert at Canterbury Cathedral.
The concert took place on Wednesday 18th December and featured the
Choir of Canterbury Cathedral, directed by Dr David Flood, traditional family
carols and readings. The Demelza Choir also performed alongside children
from Herne C E Infant School in Herne Bay.
Teenager Lucy Hudson, who came for respite at Demelza for seven years
and is now a volunteer, was among those reading, and the King family who
use Demelza lit the Christmas candle.
