ONE THING: PANTO SEASON IS BACK. AND THIS TIME IT'S BACK WITH A BANG. AS ESSENTIAL AS THE TURKEY AND
AN INAPPROPRIATE DRUNK UNCLE, IT STILL RINGS TRUE THAT CHRISTMAS JUST WOULDN'T BE CHRISTMAS
WITHOUT THEM. FROM THE PREDICTABILITY AND PUNCH LINES, TO THE IRONY US BRITS KNOW AND LOVE, IT
IS ONE NARRATIVE THAT DOESN'T SEEM TO GET OLD. AND THERE IS CERTAINLY NO SHORTAGE OF TRADITIONAL
PANTO FUN IN KENT THIS YEAR, AS A WHOLE HOST OF VENUES ACROSS THE COUNTY GEAR THEMSELVES UP

pantomime Cinderella at
Churchill Theatre
Bromley. Starring
opposite Matt will be
Nickelodeon and
Daybreak
presenter Anna
Williamson in the title
role. Also, Andrew Agnew (Balamory) returns by popular demand as Buttons,
following his critically acclaimed turn in Peter Pan.
Talking about her starring role, Anna said, “I’ve heard so much about
the great pantomimes at Churchill Theatre Bromley, so I feel very privileged
to be asked and am looking forward to spending the festive season treading
the boards.”
Cinderella continues the Churchill Theatre Bromley tradition of staging
magical, festive pantomimes that the whole family can enjoy. Join Cinderella
as she tries to escape her evil Stepmother and Ugly Stepsisters and find
her Prince Charming. With glittering sets and costumes, hilarious jokes,
bags of audience participation plus a special appearance from the sensational
Shetland ponies, Cinderella is sure to be another smash-hit pantomime the
whole family can enjoy.
