I've just been shown to my table at a well-known restaurant chain, and the
friendly waiter has asked what I'd like to drink. I've said I would like a Coke.
The inevitable reply comes almost instantaneously, as if some sort of Pavlovian
response: “It's Pepsi. Is that okay?”
