He designs his restaurants himself and has always listened to his clientele over the last 30 years in the business, ensuring the interiors are just what his customers want. Starting as a chef 35 years ago, he designs his menus and always features attractive offers to suit everyone from midweek specials to Sunday lunch. Nick sources the best ingredients possible and the best produce is always used for his menus. Now he has taken over Café Plaza in Petts Wood and has given it a total transformation, into what is now Cyprianis Mediterranean Bar & Grill.
