Pattie Detwiler is the Managing Director of the Florida Bed and Breakfast Inns Association. With 14 years as an Innkeeper, and 30 years of construction and development experience, Pattie concentrates her expertise as past President and now currently Managing Director of the Florida Bed and Breakfast Inns Association, Bed and Breakfast Consultant working with aspiring innkeepers, whether creating or purchasing a new Bed and Breakfast and Realtor, specializing in Florida Bed and Breakfast Inns.

Marti Mayne is an avid inngoer and a part-time travel journalist, pushing the envelope with adventure travel to keep the adrenaline running at all times. When not dogsledding in Canada or tree climbing in the Blue Ridge Mountains, Marti lives in Cousins Island, Maine.

Chef Cober is the owner and resident Blue Ribbon California Chef of Log Cabin Heaven, Elora’s Country Spa Retreat. She is the cookbook author of the Witchin’ Kitchen at Log Cabin Heaven, currently serves as the Culinary Ask the Expert Columnist for BB Canada, celebrity judge at cooking competitions, and served as the Food Editor for Step Up Magazine. Chef Cober has also been featured on cooking segments on CTV, and been the recipient of multiple culinary awards. Chef Cober has over 35 years of training and experience in multicultural cuisine.
