Land The Science Centre is situated in the grounds of the Elvingston House estate which is owned by Dr and Mrs David Simpson . Unit one occupies approximately one acre , with scope for a total of 60,000 square feet development in the future . Elvingston Science Centre is situated 15 minutes East of Edinburgh City and is located just off the A1 and minutes from Longniddry train station .
Facilities Offered The Centre provides flexible unit sizes from 350 square feet to 1,540 square feet and office services , within an attractive setting . The Centre offers flexible tenancy arrangements , furnished accommodation , infrastructure with power , data , voice main communications and integral conference facilities . There is a 24 hour , tenant-controlled alarm system with CCTV . There are a range of tenant support services , broadband access , word processing , photocopying , report binding , confidential document destruction , facsimile and postal services , use of conference and meeting rooms with audio-visual and presentation equipment , fully equipped kitchen / snack room with coffee machine and tenant tuck shop . In-house catering for special meetings / conferences can also be arranged .
All tenants are entitled to free consultation on business practices , international marketing .
Elvingston Science Centre also provides cleaning of common areas and individual units , building maintenance , refuse disposal , landscaping , toilet facilities with separate shower , on-site car parking .
