Introduction Edinburgh Technopole is set amongst 126 acres of mature parkland just eight miles south of Scotland ’ s capital city . It offers businesses at all stages of growth and development an environment in which to flourish . Four impressive highly specified buildings currently provide 90,000sq ft ( 8,361 sq m ) of flexible office and product development space in a range of different suite sizes , and serviced space offers lease flexibility for growing companies . The park has outline planning consent for a further 410,000 sq ft ( 38,090 sq m ).
In 2013 Edinburgh Technopole became part of the Business Environments for Science and Technology ( BEST ) Network , the largest privately-owned portfolio of science and technology parks in the UK .

Objectives Edinburgh Technopole offers office and laboratory space for companies of varying sizes , ranging from spin-outs to multi-nationals and also aims to maintain a key link to the university ’ s research and consultancy expertise , and support access to the wider business community of the region .
The Parkland campus provides a stimulating environment in which companies can develop and grow . It is situated within Edinburgh Science Triangle , a unique alliance of seven science and technology parks in the area .
Land Being a low density development , Edinburgh Technopole is characterised by a parkland feel that creates a unique working environment . At the centre of the park lies Bush House , a former stately home which is now fully-restored , providing serviced office accommodation and extensive conference facilities .

Bush House provides 9,152 sq ft ( 850 sq mt ) of serviced office accommodation , from 150-500 sq ft ( 14-47 sq m ) as well as high quality conference and meeting rooms for up to 100 delegates , with catering .

• Charles Darwin House Charles Darwin House is now fully occupied by Indigo Vision , Biobest Laboratories and Xilinx Inc .
