Project Management and Strategic Development The Cambridge Science Park has been managed by Bidwells since its inception in 1970 . Bidwells provides a uniquely rounded management service , undertaking the strategic development , the project management , and the daily ‘ hands-on ’ management of the site . In 2015 / 2016 it is proposed to construct an additional 70,000 square feet of R & D space / offices , a new Hotel , and Technology / Incubator space on Cambridge Science Park .
