Webropol - the company Webropol is the most used Survey and Analysis tool in the Nordic countries . Webropol has over 40,000 users in 3,000 organisations worldwide . Customers range from SME ’ s to large multinational corporations and public sector organisations . Typical solutions include integrating the survey system to the customers ’ strategic applications ( CRM , ERP and Accounting systems ), often with the aim to automate feedback collection .
Furthermore , Webropol offers additional services such as training and consultancy to the Webropol users as well as customisation of the survey and analysis tools , such as a Law Proposal Consultation system for the use of all Finnish ministries .
We have a great deal of experience in project work , with projects varying in size . Projects have varied from small customer satisfaction surveys , to complete system integration and customisation to suit the customer ’ s feedback and reporting processes .
One of our key selling points is that any customisation is underpinned to the main Webropol software . We continually strive towards improving our software providing regular free updates to the system . The system has the capacity to handle a large number of users and respondents , with over 40,000 users worldwide and rigorous use of the system we have a proven track record in maintaining high performance standards and an excellent level of service .
The type of customers we have may vary but they are evenly split between the private and public sector , benefiting from the features provided by our software and the project work undertaken by our highly experienced and qualified teams .

Private sector users of the Webropol application and project services can range from Sole traders to large FTSE 100 organisations . Within these organisations Webropol is largely used by HR , communication , customer service , marketing , sales and quality control departments .

In 2013 160,000 surveys were created , over 10 million responses collected using Webropol Established in 2003 , quickly achieving excellent financial ratings soon after establishment . We now own operations in the UK , Germany , Sweden and Finland . Independent Webropol resellers operate in Turkey , Latvia and Belgium . We currently employ over 50 people worldwide , and continue to invest in more staff as the demand for our products and services continues to increase .

• Analytics Module ( advanced reporting )
Starter Kit : allows you to create , edit , publish surveys and forms and create reports that can be exported to PowerPoint , word , excel and PDF . The system allows you to create a variety of questions , included pictured questions and surveys in other languages and to create simple and more complex routing functions . Create a layout that meets the requirements of your organization e . g . background colours , logo ’ s etc . You can use private links so that each respondent has their own link . Upload background data , ( if you have predetermined fields that need to be included in the survey / form ). Create questionnaires directly from MS Outlook or Word using our MS Add-on function .
Analytics module : this is an additional module that provides more advanced analytical functions ( cannot be used without the Starter Kit ), the 3 main functions are :
• Text mining : analyse open ended questions . Create groups from text responses . Compare the text responses with other questions in the survey / form
• Insight : Prediction analysis allows you to use a “ what if ” function based on questions in your survey / form . E . g . If I improved this ….. how would this improve this …..
• Professional stats : Deeper statistical analyses , thorough and quick comparisons of respondent groups , segmenting respondents , investigating correlations between variables , etc .
