They can provide advice on the setting up of new Science Parks and innovation centres as well as assisting with issues arising from the day to day management . Granby Martin have been involved with several Science Park projects , including work on tenant demand and the implementation of processes for the day to day operation of sites . Granby Martin is the manager of South Bank Technopark in Central London , owned by London South Bank University .
