The Tremough Innovation Centre ( TIC ) is an award-winning business acceleration facility that supports businesses from the creative , media , eco and environmental science sectors . One of three Innovation Centres in Cornwall , TIC offers dynamic office space , tailored business support , knowledge based connections and a collaborative community for businesses looking to innovate and grow .
Accommodating up to 70 businesses , TIC offers 2200m ² of flexible office space ranging from 13 to 60m ² individual offices . Additionally , the centre offers a 20 desk Formation Zone co-working area and an Affiliate membership option to help support businesses at all stages of their enterprise journey .
The Centre has been designed and built to the BREEAM Excellence standard , one of the highest levels of environmental accreditation available for new buildings . TIC uses 60 % less energy than a conventional office building thanks to its innovative eco-friendly design .

Hearing induction loops have been designed into the building and we have also have lift access to all floors within the Centre .
Management : The Tremough Innovation Centre is being delivered by Plymouth University on behalf of Cornwall Council .
The Centre ’ s building has been supported by European Regional Development Fund Convergence Programme , South West Regional Development Agency and Cornwall Development Company .
