Based within the Surrey Technology Centre on one of the most successful Science Parks in Europe ( Surrey Research Park ), the Surrey Centre hosts 40 desks in shared incubation space plus units ranging from 150sq ft to 890ft . It has excellent transport links to the A3 , M25 and 30 minutes into Londo Waterloo from Guildford train station .
The Incubation Centre offers high quality office space , with facilities such as meeting rooms , reception facilities , high speed broadband access and an on-site cafe .
A wide variety of events , workshops and seminars are organised for members as well as investment readiness programmes , sales training , presentation training , access to finance and introductions across multiple networks .
Businesses can also graduate or move straight into the Surrey Technology Centre and still receive the business acceleration support we offer . Each unit within the Surrey Technology Centre is serviced to assist new businesses by providing facilities such as internet connectivity , telephone systems , meeting rooms , access to photocopiers , document preparation and postal facilities . This provides start-up or early stage businesses an excellent opportunity to move straight into their own office , in a prestigious environment without some of the significant costs associated with starting a business . The licences for units are also on a 30 days ’ notice period , allowing flexibility to grow or reduce costs rapidly when required .
