Overview The OpTIC Centre , owned and managed by Glyndwr University is a landmark building and a modern working environment in a setting that inspires creativity , innovation and a desire to succeed . It provides R & D and serviced innovation facilities of up to 52 sq m for start up and early stage companies .
It also specialises innovative product development engineering and technology consulting . In one of Europe ’ s largest specialised industrial scale facilities it has developed cutting-edge technology with an unparalleled array of highly specialist equipment and laboratory space . Attracting all areas of technology innovation particularly within the Space Sector , it has a dedicated Space Incubation Programme offering funded technical and business support . It has also attracted business in the advanced manufacturing and life science sectors .
