Interview: Sheena Rose
InkSpired Magazine: How and
when did your modeling career
begin?
Sheena Rose: I tried modeling
when I turned 18 but I had a jealous boyfriend, so I did a couple
shoots and stopped. When we
broke up, I moved to Vegas and
I was 20. I started booking free
shoots from Model Mayhem
until some really good photographers started shooting me.
That was basically it. So, I’ve
been doing this for the last 3
years.
InkSpired Magazine: Do you
have any advice for aspiring
models?
Sheena Rose: Don’t be
afraid to pay photographers. Yes, modeling is
a job. And in time, your
pay will come. But being
a photographer is a job
too and a lot of the time,
they eat because of
aspiring models. I know
extremely famous
models, XXX stars,
et cetera who still
pay photographers
because it’s their job.
