When we set out Building Better Care , it was never with the desire of being better than any other healthcare provider . Our only goal was to provide better care than we did yesterday , and then do it again tomorrow .

Some of the accomlishments singled out were :
Premier was one of the first groups in the country to hit the 80 % goal for managed blood pressure set by the “ Measure Up / Pressure Down™ ” initiative .
Premier was recognized as an honoree for the year ’ s “ 80 % by 2018 ” National Achievement Awards by The National Colorectal Cancer Roundtable . PMA also had pneumonia vaccine rates over 85 percent for the elderly .
Premier had seven adult primary care offices recognized by the National Committee for Quality Assurance ( NCQA ) as a Level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Home in the first attempt and followed up with a pediatric office the following year .
When you look at previous awardees like Johns Hopkins , The Mayo Clinic and the Henry Ford Medical Group , it ’ s tempting to think we ’ ve accomplished our goal , but we ’ d rather concentrate on doing better tomorrow .
