Watch the talented skateboarders , BMX bikers and rollerbladers perform on the 17,000-square-foot site with countless features , dedicated by superstar skateboarder Tony Hawk at its opening in 2014 . The skatepark was created by Mary Shea Pitcher , in honor of her sons , Vincent , 21 , and Stephen , 19 , who passed away tragically in 2008 .
