Currently serving its 58th menu edition , Jacksons Restaurant + Bar has been serving the community and Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh-Southpointe guests a seasonal menu inspired by local ingredients for over a decade . “ Jacksons ’ namesake is derived from our father , Jack Piatt , who still comes weekly to dine at his usual table ,” said Marcus Piatt , Vice President of Millcraft ’ s hospitality division . “ The restaurant and its staff feel like an extension of the Piatt family .”
Jacksons offers chic American cuisine with an international flair and updates the menu quarterly to coincide with the seasons . Delicious sandwiches , salads and wraps are available for lunch , and customers can take advantage of the $ 9.25 Power Lunch special which can be ordered for dine-in or to-go . Jacksons also offers a take-out and delivery menu , ideal for local businesses , events , or anyone looking for a quick bite to take home .
The dinner menu offers a variety of savory and delectable dishes like Iowa Prime Filet Mignon and Shrimp and Crab Mac and Cheese . Diners can create their own
four-course dinner for $ 59 . Jacksons serves the finest hand cut steaks and only serves the highest quality seafood delivered daily to the restaurant . Experience Jacksons ’ Prime Rib Special every Saturday and choose between a Queen cut ( 14-16 oz . for $ 24.00 ) or King Cut ( 20-24oz for $ 29.99 ) with au jus and horseradish cream sauce . For a full dinner experience , each Prime Rib special is paired with a seasonal starch and fresh vegetables .
In addition to serving lunch , dinner , and drinks , Jacksons can also host private parties and events .
