The park also contains the Bell Acres Trail , which was created with a joint effort of the Quaker Valley High School Earthforce 2001 Group and Bell Acres Borough . The trail is a quarter-mile long and ends at the Merriman House foundation . The Merriman family is believed to be the first settlers in the area . There are no facilities located at this park .
