Dear Friends ,
After 20 years with the firm , I ’ m honored to assume the role of CEO for Rea & Associates . Last year , we set the wheels in motion as we began to execute our strategic plan , The Rea Advantage . This year , we will build on the past year ’ s success and continue in our quest to achieve the goals outlined in the plan . It ’ s such an exciting time to be a Rea client and employee as we ’ re poised for a dynamic 2017 , and I ’ m energized for what lies ahead .
2017 is already shaping up to be a year full of new employee development initiatives . One area we ’ re specifically focused on is creating a better leverage model within our organization . This model will enable us to redistribute workloads and provide growth and leadership opportunities for our more seasoned employees , while giving younger team members the chance to take on challenging projects and increased responsibilities . Our primary goal through all of this is to make our team better advisors to you , while strengthening the service and solutions we deliver .
Another important area for Rea in 2017 is our growth strategy . As we outlined in The Rea Advantage , we are building a “ bedrock of Rea 1000 clients .” One of the ways we ’ ll accomplish this goal is by seeking talented firms to combine forces with through mergers and acquisitions . Together , we can better serve our clients with a larger talent base , as well as create more career opportunities for our team . We ’ ll be sure to share more on these developments as they come to fruition .
While employee development and firm growth is vital to the longevity of Rea , what ’ s equally important to us is client satisfaction . Nothing else matters if we ’ re not doing a great job serving you – our valued clients . To gauge our performance , we plan to conduct a client satisfaction survey later on this year to learn what we ’ re doing well at and where we could be doing better . Our goal is to exceed your expectations each and every day , and we look forward to hearing from you on how we can make it happen .
