Our building construction students in our
McKeesport Area Technology Center put
their classroom learning to use in a real world
situation for a fellow student. When they
heard of a family in need of a wheelchair ramp,
teacher Mr. Locke jumped into action and began
planning and implementing the plans for the
ramp at a house in our community. Students
spent roughly three days at the job site to
complete the ramp and did an excellent job!
