NO NEED TO REPLACE SINKING CONCRETE ! LEVEL IT ! Concrete leveling is about 50-70 % less than replacement and the additional beneets stack up quickly in comparison to ripping up and re-pouring new concrete . Leveling works by elling the void . After a series of small holes are driled , a high-density limestone grout is pressure injected under the slab to ell the void . Once the void is elled , the slab is stabilized and raised to the desired height / position . The holes are then capped and the concrete is ready for immediate use .
