PLANNING COORDINATOR RETIRES The Board of Supervisors recently recognized Paulette Moyar on her retirement from North Strabane Township after 32 years of service to the community. Paulette was honored for her commitment to the integrity and advancement of public Paulette Moyar service ideals as Planning Coordinator, Assistant Township Manger, Treasurer, and Assistant Zoning Officer. Hall, Jr. was recently hired as the new Recreation Facilities Manager for North Strabane Township. Carl has been very busy familiarizing himself with our park facilities. Carl E. Hall, Jr. Carl holds a Master of Science in Park and Resource Management from Slippery Rock University, a Bachelor of Science in Recreation and Park Management, and a Minor in Business Administration from Penn State University. Carl is also a certified aquatics operator, and belongs to the National Recreation and Parks Association. He holds a small engine repair certificate from the Pennsylvania College of Technology. Previously, Carl worked for CSX Corporation. He was a district executive for Boy Scouts of America, where he operated multiple camps throughout central and western PA. He also worked in the landscaping and grounds department at Middlebury and Lycoming Colleges. Carl serves as a board member at Penn State University, United Way, and Williamsport Youth Commission.
