Fun? You can't be serious! To be successful surely you have to be taken seriously? There are always things to do, places to go, people to meet. It’s a tough world out there; survival of the fittest and all that.
Doing business doens't always have to be so serious. We spend so much time at work we should enjoy at least some of it. Granted, not everything can or should be fun. Business is a serious activity. But what if fun was something we could have as a result of the way we approach our work?
It is possible and stems from our attitude and we choose that. Simply put - We attract the attitude we choose to display.
Fun is a state of mind and there is fun to be had everywhere. That doesn’t mean raucous office parties or making inappropriate comments during serious or difficult conversations. It can be as simple as a coffee and chat with colleagues to remind us that things don’t always have to be difficult.
