υπήρξε για δεκαετίες η κλασική… περαντζάδα
μια άλλης εποχής… Και μπορεί τα παλιά καφενεία της Αράχωβας, στην πλατεία Παπαϊωάννου, εκεί
που κάποτε οι μεγαλύτερης ηλικίας θαμώνες απολάμβαναν έναν… ελληνικό με ολίγη, να έχουν κλείσει (εκτός
από το καφενείο του Ζάμπα που από το 1938 αποτελεί
κλασική αξία), όμως έχουν δώσει τη θέση τους σε μια
ολοκαίνουρια πιάτσα, που συγκεντρώνει από ψαγμένα
στέκια για να απολαύσουμε μερακλήδικους μεζέδες και
να γεμίζουμε τα ποτήρια μας τσίπουρο, μέχρι μερικά από
τα πιο δημοφιλή bar restaurants της Αράχωβας!
A few meters away from the modern and lively Lakka Square,
another post had been for years the classic people’s stroll of
another era… And may the old coffee shops of Arachova, in the
Papaioannou Square, where habitués of older ager used to enjoy
their Greek coffee with little sugar, be closed now (besides the
coffee shop of Zampa which since 1938 constitutes a classic
value), but they have given their place to a brand new gathering
spot, which includes from all the hip hangouts for us to enjoy
great meze and to fill our glasses with tsipouro, up to the most
popular bar restaurants in Arachova.
