ICA Update CWSP Photos from the 2016 CWSP Supervisor Lunch CWSP Recap Looking back at 2015-2016 and looking forward to 2016-2017 With gratitude, we look back on another year made possible through stellar partnership and great work. On Friday, June 3, we watched all of our seniors receive their diplomas and begin the next stage of their journey. We celebrate 100% of our seniors graduating and going on to college—80% of our young women from ICA Cristo Rey are going to 4-year universities and 20% will attend a 2-year college. We are preparing our young women to accomplish their goals in the real world. This is our mission and we truly could not accomplish it without our community of supporters, teachers, supervisors, and all who guide our graduates as they lead their lives toward sustained success. As we cheer on our graduates, we say a bittersweet goodbye to two members of our CWSP Team. Program Manager Nicole Cecchini will move to Houston, TX, this summer, after four years of priceless leadership on our team. As the architect of our M.A.P.S. curriculum, Nicole built the core of our program and has worked to create meaningful work experiences and skills development for our students. We will miss her, but we are grateful for her contribution to our team and her lasting impact on our program. We also say goodbye to Program Coordinator Mary Clare Mazzocchi as she begins a Master’s degree in Theology at the University of Notre Dame. As a final note, we want to say special congratulations to Bill Olinger, who has been a member of our CWSP team for the last two years and will now assume the role of Director of the Corporate Work Study Program, as Tim Szarnicki moves into the new role as Director of Mission Advancement. We will also welcome a few new faces to our team as we see our enrollment grow to almost 360 young women next year. We look forward to introducing you to our team and to the continued good work we will do in the 2016-2017 school year. Next year our community of business partners will be the biggest it has ever been. We look forward to our on-going collaboration and teamwork as we continue to provide the promise of a work-study experience that truly changes the lives of our young women. Throughout the year, we came together to help form young women who will go forward equipped with the skills they
