Instead of sending our entire student body’s
résumé book to a company, Hult is proactively reaching out to companies. The goal
is to understand companies’ hiring needs,
and to compile and refer a list of matching
candidates from the database of Hult alumni
and current students. Since the beginning
of the year, 94% of the résumés in the
database have been matched with at least
one employer, and 54% of those have been
