ON THE COVER Fit Mom & Hitch Fit Transformer Amy Gipson! This month's cover model Amy Gipson goes way back with Hitch Fit. She goes all the way back to elementary school which she attended with Micah! 5 years ago, Amy went through an online transformation after the birth of her second child. She lost 40 pounds in that first transformation and never turned back. She decided she wanted to spend her life helping others and paying it forward! She has been a part of the Hitch Fit Overland Park team since it's opening in 2014. She is a bright shining star with a heart of gold at Hitch Fit! Amy says: "I believe that while going through my own Hitch Fit transformations I found not only my love for science and the human body, but a true passion for incorporating a proper fitness and nutrition routine in my life. I feel strongly that if I could change my life for the better, others can too.."
